Tanya Owens

Tanya Owens works at A Hot Mess Salon as a European artistic stylist with more than 19 years in the field. She started out as a professional stylist concentrating on European techniques. Fashion Models Magazine, behindthechair.com and Yellow Scene Magazine have all covered her work. She also teaches for Hair Construction in Denmark. Later, during the COVID-19 pandemic, she moved into intuitive life coaching and wellness practices, and she now runs Messology Coaching, which centers on personal and professional development. Her coaching specialties are intuitive life coaching and image and brand coaching. She is a Certified Life Coach and trained in cognitive behavioral therapy. She also studied curanderismo at the University of New Mexico, where she learned traditional healing practices from tribal elders. Her wellness offerings include plant medicine, chakra rebalancing and cord cutting, a way to let go of emotional and energetic ties to the past. Whether a styling appointment or an intuitive coaching call, she aims for sessions that are empathetic, personalized and empowering, helping clients connect with who they really are and work toward what they want.
