Tanya Hayes

Tanya Hayes works at Lani Beauty as a lash stylist and also offers skin care. She has been a lash stylist since 2007. Before changing careers, she spent more than 15 years in corporate executive roles.

She graduated from G Skin & Beauty Institute of Las Vegas in May 2006 and continues her training through classes at the International Dermal Institute. She trained through the Phytomer Institute in Salt Lake City, Utah, and is a certified member of the Associated Skin Care Professionals. Her advanced certifications cover skin analysis, chemical peels, waxing, lasers and other modalities, and she is also a certified phlebotomy technician.

In lashes, she holds advanced certification in volume lashes from Loreta Jasilionyte and received exclusive training from Sophia Navarro, owner of The Lash Co. She is an advanced certified lash stylist through Xtreme Lashes and NovaLash, and a certified lash stylist through Lavish Lashes Volume, My Brand Lashes Volume, Flawless Lashes by Loreta Mega Volume and Lash Box LA.

Sessions are one-on-one and aim to be relaxing. She builds a personalized skin care plan for each client based on their needs and shows them how to look after their skin.
