Tamara Renee

Tamara Renee is the founder of Fascia Sculpt Spa. She has spent more than three decades in holistic wellness and spa practice and has been building a client base since 1990. Her areas of work include fascia restoration, lymphatic wellness, DNA-based nutrition and non-invasive approaches to healthy aging. She works with clients experiencing persistent-looking puffiness, fluid stagnation and structural stiffness, with an emphasis on individualized change. In her view, the body is constantly sending signals, and the practitioner's job is to understand what it requires.
