Sylvia Vigil

Sylvia Vigil is a certified physician assistant (PA-C) at 5280 Vitality Aesthetics & Wellness, where she is the provider for booked consultations and treatments. She has worked as a physician assistant for almost 25 years. Her early career was in family medicine in Aurora, alongside Dr. Phillip Quintana. About half of her career has been in student health at the University of Denver Health and Counseling Center, and she has also done part-time urgent care work. She holds a bachelor's degree in science in biology and microbiology from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, completed a physician assistant certification program at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 2000, and later earned a master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Alongside that schooling, she spent part-time periods in ENT and facial plastics with Dr. Michael Menachof and in GYN with Dr. Shelly Lovitt, and stayed on at a GYN clinic that had expanded into a medical spa focused on regenerative wellness and sexual health. Since 2019 she has worked with plastic surgeon Dr. Linda Huang, and that collaboration continues. Her work centres on lasers and radiofrequency, injectables, and minor surgery with peri-surgical care. She also belongs to the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Colorado Association of Physician Assistants, and two specialty societies covering dermatology and plastic surgery.
