About
Sylvia Essa is a Stylist and Colorist with about 15 years working in salons, on photo and TV shoots, and at fashion shows across Europe. She trained at a four-year hair academy and at the Wella Professional Hair Color training program in Munich, Germany. She then developed her cutting and styling skills with some of the region's leading stylists.
She attended hair shows by Vidal Sassoon and Toni & Guy. After moving to Los Angeles, she spent several years mastering the DryCut, a haircut done on dry, natural hair, which she now specializes in and designs so clients can recreate the look at home.
