Sydnee McGee

Sydnee McGee owns Pacific Beauty Cove and combines lash artistry with teaching. She instructs classic, volume and mega volume lash extensions, with a focus on corrective mapping and creative styling. Her teaching began with basic classic lash courses and grew to cover intermediate and advanced levels, online programs, public speaking and mentoring. She has trained hundreds of students, both online and in person, in the United States and the United Kingdom, and has grown several six-figure businesses as a lash artist and educator. She earned roughly $100,000 as a solo lash artist two years after she started, and has put $45,000 into her education. She was named United States Best Lash Artist 2021 by Elite Global Lash, took the Best Colored Set prize in The Lash Ritual's Willy Wonka Challenge, and was named London Lash Pro Lash Artist of the Year in 2021 and 2022. Her current work centers on lash business owners and beauty professionals who want to build education businesses. She guides business owners and solo entrepreneurs in the lash industry through mentorship, and offers private one-on-one in-person training. She stepped away from hourly client appointments and shifted her business toward education.
