About

Suz is the founder of The Beauty Den, and works as a hairstylist, colourist, and cosmetic tattoo, brow and lash specialist. She began her hairdressing career in New York City in 2009, and apprenticed in a busy salon there, where she was promoted to senior stylist in half the usual time. She worked in New York City until 2016. She then moved to New Zealand and started The Beauty Den in 2018. She has 15 years of hairdressing experience and 8 years as a brow, lash and makeup artist. Her hair work includes fringes, grow-out cuts, brightening and enriching colour, grey blending and creative colour, and she creates hair that feels individual to each client. On the cosmetic side she specialises in tattooing brows, eyeliner and lips, along with brow sculpting and lash lifts.

Approach
She wants visits to feel personal and unhurried, working to bring out what clients already have and helping them decide with confidence on colour, cut and longer-term goals.
