About
Dr. Summit Kundaria founded Nuance Facial Plastics in Charlotte, where he works as a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He holds double board certification in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery and has over seven years of experience in facial cosmetic plastic surgery.
His training began at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, followed by a five-year residency in head and neck surgery at the University of Pittsburgh, where he stayed on as faculty for a year. He then completed a fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery in California, covering surgical facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, oculoplastic surgery and hair surgery. He earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in chemical engineering from Stanford University, and he has presented at national and international meetings and co-authored peer-reviewed articles and book chapters.
He personally performs all laser and light treatments at the clinic. His work includes facelifts in their mini, full and full face/neck forms, as well as non-surgical facial rejuvenation with fillers and laser resurfacing. Facelift candidates are offered a consultation to talk through procedure options, and each facelift is tailored to the patient's anatomy and areas of concern. He specializes in natural-appearing surgical results.
