About
Stephen Cunniff founded Imago Beauty Group and owns its salon on Bergen Ave. He first trained at Robert Fiance School of Hair Design, then at the David Daines Madison Avenue Collection, where he advanced to senior stylist and advanced educator. Later he worked as a senior stylist at Gil Gamlieli Beauty Group on Madison Avenue, and he studied and worked extensively in Manhattan.
Haircutting instruction came directly from David Daines and other educators from the original Vidal Sassoon team. He also completed advanced color training in formulation, application and corrective work through AVEDA, Framesi, ToccoMagico, Joico and Redken.
He specializes in all foil highlighting techniques. He also holds a licensed social worker credential in New Jersey.
