Stacy Pitt

Stacy Pitt founded Styles On B in 2006 and works as owner, master colorist and cutter, and stylist. She trained at the Horst Institute, now Aveda, and did advanced training under a Vidal Sassoon creative director. She has been working in hair since 2001.

Early in her career she assisted celebrity stylists in Beverly Hills, then built a career there working with A-list salon clients and on red carpet and fashion runway work. She returned to New York and grew a small East Village studio into a larger business. Her weddings, events and editorial work have covered every hair length, texture and type, and she has built a loyal clientele. New York Magazine named her a Critics Pick, and Time Out New York named her one of the top ten stylists in New York.

Her work philosophy is to work with good people, keep the work fun, and challenge the team to be better than she is. She is particular about the artists she works with. She is generally available for parties of five or more, and may be available for smaller parties depending on day and location.
