Stacey Heffner owns Fabulously Flawless and works as a permanent cosmetic professional. She is a former registered nurse.

Her training covers the Dixon Slope Technique, the Brow Hair Stroke method, 3-D areola complex tattooing and scar camouflage. She holds three permanent makeup certifications and nine advanced certifications, including advanced intradermal color theory, collagen induction therapy, paramedical tattooing, microblading, medical micro-needling and 3D lash application.

Her certifications also include Certified Master Tattoo Artist, Certified Paramedical Tattoo Artist and Certified Microblading Professional through the Academy of Arts and Science, Certified Advanced Collagen Induction Professional through the American Academy of Micro-Needling, and Elleebana One Shot Lash Lift Technician and Trainer through the Jhon Jhon Institute. She is Bloodborne Pathogen certified through OSHA and is licensed as a tattoo artist in North Carolina.
