Stacey Damiano

Stacey Damiano is a licensed massage therapist and licensed esthetician who also practices Reiki and sound therapy at Lilou Micro Spa. She has over 25 years of experience in massage therapy and has expanded her work over the years to include skincare, waxing, Reiki and sound therapy. Her specialties include profound stress management and deep tissue neuro-muscular techniques, and she works with clients who have chronic pain. Her massage approach is intuitive, opening with a consultation and then a mostly diagnostic first session to pinpoint muscle tension. She adjusts pressure and technique within each session rather than working in one named modality, and takes pressure preferences from a consultation ahead of every massage.
