Srishti Jaiswar

Srishti Jaiswar founded Nhance Skin Aesthetics and works as its skincare expert. She is a licensed medical aesthetician and a licensed facial specialist, electrologist and laser practitioner, and she holds board certifications as an electrologist and as a clinical aesthetician in Florida, as well as an electrologist and laser practitioner in Florida.

Her training includes a medical esthetician licensure program at Beauty & Health Institute in Tampa, Florida, where she also earned certifications in microneedling, dermaplaning, and brow lamination and tinting. She has completed coursework in infection prevention and bloodborne pathogens.

Earlier in her career she worked with Lakmé Lever Pvt. Ltd., KAYA Ltd. and VLCC Institute, and served as a skin care educator leading training for Lakmé and Dermalogica. Lakmé Lever Pvt. Ltd. named her Best Skin Educator of the Year in 2018. She has over eight years of experience in the cosmetics and beauty industry and specializes in hormonal acne, skin rejuvenation and cosmetic treatments, including microneedling, chemical peels, facials and dermaplaning.
