Sophia Reid

Sophia Reid is a board certified dermatologist with DSF Cosmetic & Medical Dermatology and joined Diane Ford's team of medical providers. She practices both medical and cosmetic dermatology, and her work includes a range of surgical procedures.

Her clinical interests cover the diagnosis and treatment of ethnic skin, alopecia and cutaneous oncology. On the cosmetic side, she works with fillers, neurotoxins, platelet-rich plasma, body contouring technologies and laser procedures, and offers medical grade chemical peels on all skin types.

Her education began with a B.S. in Kinesiological Science from the University of Maryland, College Park, followed by medical school at Georgetown University School of Medicine. She completed a medical internship at the University of California Irvine and dermatology residency in the Albert Einstein program in the Bronx, New York.
