Sonya co-founded Sculpt Spa, where she heads the Morpheus8 treatment team. She is a Registered Nurse who has practiced aesthetics in Orange County and Los Angeles, California, since 2012, and has performed thousands of treatments, including CoolSculpting. She worked as an operating room and recovery nurse for a top plastic surgeon in Orange County. She has also worked at high-volume med spas in Orange County and Los Angeles. Her body contouring knowledge spans invasive and noninvasive methods. On the injectable side she uses neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport and Xeomin) and dermal fillers (Restylane, Juvederm, Belotero and Radiesse), and she has experience with PDO threads, laser resurfacing, IPL and microneedling. Lip injection is a particular focus, including the fencing technique and the Russian lip; she also places precision filler in the cheeks, jawline, chin and lips. With lips, her aim goes beyond added volume to refining shape, symmetry, borders, tone and texture.
