About
Sonja Northcutt owns Halo Salon, which she opened in 2015. She studied at Regency Beauty Institute and trained in Aveda, and over many years she built an extensive clientele.
Extensions are a large part of her work, and she is trained and certified in all types of hair extensions. She is also certified in advanced cutting and color, including balayage, color correction, blondes and ombré.
She has continued her education in advanced cutting, master color, special occasion styling and product knowledge through Aveda, Matrix, Davines and Eufora International. She attended classes under Nick Arrojo and Tabatha Coffey in Chicago at America's Beauty Show, and she has worked with Kansas City area photographers on hair and makeup for photo shoots and fashion shows. She is not accepting new clients.
