About
Sonia Badreshia-Bansal is the supervising medical director at Ervin Beauty. Board-certified in dermatology since 2006, she practises as a dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon. Her credentials are MD and FAAD. Her medical degree is from Penn State College of Medicine, and her dermatology residency was completed at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, which is part of Penn State. From 2005 to 2006 she was chief resident in Penn State's dermatology program, and from 2010 to 2018 she was a clinical instructor in the dermatology department at UCSF. She treats acne and skin of color, and does cosmetic dermatology and laser work. She has also written and co-edited Treatments for Skin of Color.
