Sofia Gadelov

Sofia Gadelov founded Yooth Wellness. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner, holding the FNP-BC and APRN credentials, and is licensed in Florida and New York. She brings more than ten years of clinical practice. Her work spans aesthetics, metabolic medicine and longevity medicine, with a particular focus on metabolic optimization, recovery and cellular resilience, longevity and human performance, and regenerative skin therapies. She leads every patient plan herself, whether at the studios, on house calls or by video, and performs or supervises each treatment at the practice. She reviews each intake before the onboarding visit, and she chooses every IV infusion only after going over the client's goals and health history. Longevity work begins with testing, and the plan follows from those results. For weight care, she considers medication alongside other options rather than treating it as the first step.
