So Hee Kim is the owner, medical director and nurse practitioner injector at SKIM Medical Spa. She holds the DNP and ARNP credentials and is a board-certified adult and geriatric nurse practitioner, with a DNP from the University of Washington completed in 2017 and an added qualification in headache medicine.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as an ICU nurse for more than a decade. Her career spans over 17 years as a medical-surgical ICU nurse and neurology nurse practitioner. She has subspecialized in headache, orofacial dystonia, hemifacial spasm and cervical dystonia, and has experience treating TMJ pain and myofascial pain. She continues to treat patients with chronic headache disorders.
During her NP career she has used botulinum toxins both medically and cosmetically, treating patients with Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Myoblac.
