Silvia Rotemberg

Silvia Rotemberg practices cosmetic and reconstructive surgery in South Miami. Her training started with medical school at Faculdade de Medicina do ABC in Sao Paulo, Brazil, followed by a surgical residency there in 1994. She then studied for USMLE boards at Kaplan in Ohio, completed an observership at Case Western Reserve, trained in general and plastic surgery at University Hospitals of Cleveland from 1997 to 2003, and held clinical and aesthetic and breast fellowships at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation from 2003 to 2006. She completed a body contouring fellowship with Dr Al Aly in Iowa in 2006 and became board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery in November 2007. Her hospital appointments are at Baptist Health South Florida Hospitals and South Miami Hospital. She is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery and the Florida Medical Association, and she practiced at the Cleveland Clinic for many years.
