Shreyas Makwana

Shreyas Makwana is a board-certified plastic surgeon at Northside Plastic Surgery, where he is also known as Dr. Mak. Before joining the practice, he practiced in Northern California, where he worked alongside the president of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He went to the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics and completed an undergraduate degree at New York University. He graduated cum laude from Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, earned multiple academic honors there, and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He then completed a general surgery residency at the University of Hawai'i and a plastic surgery fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and placed in the 97th percentile nationwide on his board exam. His practice spans aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, with a specialized focus on breast surgery and body contouring.
