Sherry Rutledge

Sherry Rutledge is a registered nurse and injector at Vitality Wellness, with about 23 years of nursing experience. That includes time working alongside plastic surgeons in the Fort Worth area, and over the years her work has shifted toward hands-on aesthetics and skin care. She focuses on injectables and facial fillers, with an emphasis on anti-aging and subtle facial rejuvenation, and she typically works with clients who want natural, balanced results. Her training includes an LVN from the JPS Institute, earned in 2000, and an RN degree from Excelsior College, completed in 2008. In 2015 she completed RN First Assistant and Certified Nurse Operating Room certificates, which she still holds. That same year she was nominated for the Clinical Excellence Award at Baylor Scott and White Surgical Hospital.
