Shelley Burbo

Shelley Burbo owns and runs Skinology, the Studio City studio she opened, and has served the area for more than 25 years. She holds an esthetician license and is a Master Esthetician, and is also a Licensed Paramedical Skin Revision Therapist. Her postgraduate training in advanced skincare came from the International Dermal Institute, covering ingredient technology, skin physiology and its conditions, and medical treatments such as microdermabrasion, microcurrent, photodynamic light therapy, ultrasound, collagen induction therapy and chemical peels. Her practice centers on advanced corrective skin care, aimed at treating and maintaining skin health and appearance. She has worked as an educator and gives intermittent consulting to estheticians and skin clinics across the US, and has performed alongside med spa specialists. She has provided private services for many Hollywood clients and is recognized for treatment quality, experience, product knowledge and technique. She is a registered member in good standing with NCEA, AAE, AIA and ASCP.
