Shelby

Shelby is a licensed massage therapist and licensed esthetician. She has been a massage therapist for two years and an esthetician for eleven years. Shelby specializes in sports massage for teens and adults, focused on muscle recovery and athletic performance, and in acne facials for teens and adults. She is certified in muscle scraping and in cupping, and uses hot stones, stretching, and deep tissue work when needed or requested. Shelby welcomes nursing mothers and clients with young children, who may bring their babies to appointments. She previously worked at Massage Envy and at The Avondale Spa.
