Shelby Carr

Shelby Carr joined Mane + Soul in 2022 as a stylist. Her specialties are balayage, blonding and bridal styling.

She trained in an adult cosmetology program. Her career started as a backbar assistant at a high-end salon, where she then worked alongside a master colorist before taking on her own clients on the salon floor. Her training covers smoothing treatments, extensions, custom color, precision cutting and bridal hairstyling. She holds certifications in Brazilian Blowout, Lasio Keratin, Hot Heads extensions and hand-tied extensions.

Clients often point to her patience and upbeat attitude. She uses inspiration photos as a starting point and helps clients reach their hair goals in a realistic, healthy way. She aims to build lasting client relationships grounded in trust and open conversation.
