Shawna

Shawna works as a hairdresser at Ruth Pearl Hair Studio and has been a hairstylist since 2017. She trained at Aveda School, where she received cosmetology education, and worked under and was mentored by Marina Lantos. About six months after that, she went independent.

Her skills center on precision cutting and color techniques, and she has experience with a wide variety of hair textures. Clients describe her as skilled at curly cuts, and she works with clients who have a range of textures, including wavy and curly hair. She aims for appointments that feel relaxed, enjoyable and focused on the client.
