Sharale Bledsoe owns Beauty Jewels Hair Studio and works as a Certified Trichologist. She holds a diploma in trichology and has training in health and wellness practices. She is not a licensed medical professional. Her work targets scalp disorders, hair thinning and hair loss.

Her approach starts with an assessment of scalp and hair concerns. She then educates clients and builds a custom treatment plan for hair restoration and scalp care. Services are offered at her discretion, based on each client's scalp and hair needs. She also creates custom glue-less wigs, handles wig maintenance and offers specialized wig solutions.

Outside the studio she works as an independent Mary Kay Beauty Consultant, offering one-on-one skin-care or glamour sessions, either virtual or in person.
