Shara Snyder

Shara Snyder is a partner stylist at Lather. She trained at the Aveda Institute in Des Moines, where she also became a certified makeup artist. She was later invited to attend the Aveda Advanced Academy in SoHo, New York City.

She started as a junior-level stylist at Lakeview Aveda Salon in Chicago after graduating and advanced there to master stylist, mentor and team lead. She then worked for another salon for eight years before partnering with Tim Toth at Lather. Client feedback praises her coloring and cutting, and notes that she also works on men's hair. She continues to take advanced education to refine her skills and keep up with current trends.
