Shannon Sorbara founded Hair Solutions of Tampa in 2005 and serves as its founder and CEO. She began her hair replacement career early and was a manager at American Hairlines Studio in Wexford, Pennsylvania from 1993 to 2005. She also managed Next Generation Hair in Fort Myers, Florida from 1998 to 2005.

She has served as Technical Director of Education for a major hair restoration provider. From 2011 to 2015 she worked on the CBS series Undercover Boss, assisting with transformations for participating executives.

Her focus is non-surgical cosmetic hair loss systems, laser therapy and extensions. She has taken part in many training seminars in these areas, trains stylists to become hair restoration specialists, and has trained and certified professionals in more than 30 studios nationwide.
