Shannon Briggs-Hack

Shannon Briggs-Hack is a senior stylist at Saturdays Hair Co. and has been a senior stylist in downtown Austin for the last ten years. She began an apprenticeship with celebrity stylist John Sahag in New York City, then worked at The Minardi Salon with Beth and Carmine Minardi, where she became Senior Director. Over twelve years there she worked in the salon and traveled as an educator with the Minardi Team. She was also a platform educator with Beth Minardi for Redken and Joico Haircolor.

Her training includes Ahn Co Tran's three-day hands-on curated cutting workshop, taken twice. Her specialties are keratip extensions, Great Length extensions, wedding hairstyles, highlights and baby lights, and curated cutting. She is a master of seamless highlights.

Her work has appeared in Martha Stewart Weddings, Brides Magazine, Austin Monthly, where she was a contributing editor in 2009, and San Antonio Monthly. Online, she has been featured in The Knot, Green Wedding Shoes and Style Me Pretty. She has been voted Best of Austin numerous times, and Austin Monthly named her Best Colorist in its 2013 Best Of ATX awards.
