Shann Christen

Shann Christen is the trichologist and founder of BioMethod, and is a celebrity hairstylist based in Beverly Hills. He has more than 20 years of hair care experience and holds a trichology certification covering the anatomy, growth and aging of hair and scalp.

He spent 12 years in advanced studies in Italy, four of which included earning Trichologist credentials. He later worked with Mario Zunino & C. to improve the company's hair care formulas and collaborated with them on the BioMethod product line.

At the Shann Christen Studio Salon he provides professional hair analysis and advanced hair treatments, and works on hair loss, thinning hair, alopecia and scalp health. In 2018 he appeared on The Doctors discussing hair loss and scalp care. UVA and UVB exposure affects the strength and shine of hair, and hair loss can be connected to unmanaged stress.
