Shani Amiel

Shani Amiel founded Beauty By Shani, which she owns and runs, and where she works as an esthetician, lash artist and lead brow artist. She has worked as an esthetician since 1999, beginning with roughly three years at a day spa before setting up her own business at Capella Salon in Studio City. Her training and certifications cover Bioelements, Dermalogica, CASMARA, Elleebana and Lavish Lashes. In 2012 she became a certified lash trainer for Lavish Lashes and taught across California. At the salon she serves as Master Instructor for the lash training classes and teaches the lash lift class, and she is a master lash lift artist and instructor with more than a decade of experience. She was among the first in the San Fernando Valley to offer eyelash extensions, and she keeps current with industry developments through ongoing education. Shani also works as a makeup artist, both at the salon and on location around Los Angeles, and has done so for more than twenty years. Her credits include award shows, weddings, proms, photo shoots, movie sets and TV shows, and she has done eyelash and facial work on film and television sets. Before creating a look, she learns each client's preferences, skin type and desired result.
