Shalonda Nichole

Shalonda Nichole runs Shalonda Nichole Beauty, where she also works as the hair artist. Her specialties include upscale hair extensions, restorative treatments aimed at hair health, scalp care, and beauty services tailored to each client. Before going into beauty full time, she earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from High Point University, completed in 2005. She then moved into federal service, starting as an investigator and later working as an intelligence analyst for the Department of Justice, and she kept seeing beauty clients part-time the whole while. In 2015 she chose to make beauty her full-time career and obtained her cosmetology license that same year. She has more than twenty years of hands-on experience. Her work is recognized across Washington, D.C., Maryland and Northern Virginia for craftsmanship, professionalism and healthy hair care.
