Shae Ryan

Shae Ryan works as a licensed aesthetician at Charmed Medispa, where she holds a Delaware license and is a licensed master medical aesthetician. She holds national certification as a cosmetic laser operator in aesthetics from the National Laser Institute. Her advanced training covers chemical peels, microneedling, IPL, dermaplaning, HydraFacial and skin tightening treatments. She offers traditional facials that cleanse, exfoliate and extract, with optional steam, massage, masks and serums added on request. She builds individual treatment plans for acne, melasma, uneven pigmentation, sun damage, redness linked to rosacea, rough texture and visible signs of aging. She is a Certified ZO Skin Health Specialist and Expert and has served on the ZO Skin Health Advisory Panel. She is an expert in formulations, delivery systems and product combinations. She spent 10 years working alongside a plastic surgeon. At the first consultation she examines each client closely to decide which treatments suit them, and she explains how to use products.
