Shabnam (Shey)

Shabnam, known as Shey, works at Elavine Beauty with the titles Master Artist, Licensed Aesthetician and Licensed Educator. She has more than 14 years of experience in the beauty industry. She began cosmetic tattooing in Iran and refined her craft in the United States, and her specialties are permanent makeup, microblading, ombre brows and nano brows.

Her aesthetician work includes skin needling, skin tag removal, dermaplaning, facials and plasma fibroblast. Her training includes certifications from World Microblading by Irina Chen and from celebrity makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic. She is licensed in Virginia and holds OSHA-compliant certifications in bloodborne pathogens, first aid and CPR.

Her treatments take facial symmetry, balance and proportion into account, and she works with individually packaged sterile needles and pigments that the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals endorses. Many clients travel to her from across the U.S. and Europe.
