Shabnam Shahabadi

Shabnam Shahabadi is a dermatologist at the Fairfax office, offering cosmetic and medical dermatology for adults and children. Her cosmetic work spans rejuvenation and anti-aging care, dermal fillers, laser hair removal, resurfacing and non-invasive body contouring, with a particular focus on fractional CO2 laser resurfacing, Botox and soft tissue fillers. Medical dermatology addresses warts, moles, acne, hair loss, eczema, psoriasis and rosacea. She is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology, holds the MD and FAAD credentials, and belongs to the American Academy of Dermatology and the Women's Dermatologic Society. Washingtonian Magazine named her a Doctor of 2016. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from George Washington University and a Doctor of Medicine from George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Her dermatology residency was at George Washington University and Washington Hospital Center. She previously held an assistant clinical professor post in the Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Biology at Thomas Jefferson University. She now holds the title of Clinical Instructor of Dermatology at George Washington University, where she teaches residents and medical students.
