Shabnam Noroozi Dizaj (Shey)

Shabnam Noroozi Dizaj is the Master Artist and a licensed aesthetician at Elavine Beauty. She is an advanced permanent makeup artist, aesthetician and licensed educator with more than 14 years in the beauty industry. Her work in cosmetic tattooing began in Iran, and she refined her craft in the United States. Her specialties are permanent makeup, microblading, ombre brows and nano brows. She also works in non-surgical skincare, including skin needling, skin tag removal, dermaplaning, facials and plasma fibroblast. She holds certifications from World Microblading by Irina Chen and from celebrity makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic. She is licensed in Virginia as an aesthetician, is OSHA-compliant, and is certified in bloodborne pathogens, first aid and CPR. Many of her clients travel to see her from across the U.S. and Europe.
