Serhii Lysytsyn

Serhii Lysytsyn is a permanent makeup artist at Unique Clinic with more than 15 years of experience across Ukraine, Turkey and the USA. He founded FEBA, which is the first European school for permanent makeup in the USA. He has taught at the Tarasyuk Center, DT Center and European Beauty Academy, and has presented at conferences, including the SPSP conference in Texas.

His techniques include Stardust eyeliner, Aquarelle lips, powder and ombre eyebrows, nano hair strokes and scar cover. He also corrects low-quality permanent makeup without laser removal. He developed the Lis Nano technique, which was presented at the Worlds PMU Miami 2024 conference. He has completed over 9,000 procedures and holds six international diplomas. He holds permanent makeup licenses in Florida and New York and is fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian.
