Selena Fu, MD

Selena Fu, MD, owns and directs RSVP Med Spa in Overland Park, Kansas, and practices there as an oculoplastic surgeon, on site on a regular basis. Her specialties are ophthalmic plastic surgery and medical aesthetics. For years before 2015 she practiced in Ohio and California, then moved to the Kansas area that year.

On the cosmetic side she performs blepharoplasty and eyelid lifts, removal of under-eye bags or excess eyelid skin, eyebrow lifts, Botox, Juvederm filler and cosmetic facial rejuvenation. Reconstructive work covers droopy eyelid repair, eyelid tumor excision, orbital fracture repair and lacrimal (tear duct) surgery.

Her education began with a biology degree magna cum laude from the University of California, Irvine, followed by a medical degree from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Training included an internship at UCLA Olive View Medical Center, an ophthalmology residency at Baylor College of Medicine and an advanced fellowship in oculoplastic surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern. Board certification comes from the American Board of Ophthalmology, and she belongs to the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. She has published in scientific journals, presented papers at national ophthalmology meetings and teaches techniques internationally. She was named a 2026 Enterprising Women of the Year Award winner.
