Scott Antoine

Scott Antoine, DO, co-leads the care team at The Center for Fully Functional Health in Carmel, Indiana. He co-founded the practice with his wife, Dr. Ellen Antoine, and moved into it full-time after more than 27 years as a physician. Earlier, he served seven years as an active duty Army emergency physician, acted as ambulance service medical director during that service, and led the emergency departments at Fort Gordon and Fort Knox as chief. He holds board certification in Emergency Medicine and is triple board certified in Emergency Medicine, Integrative Holistic Medicine, and Metabolic, Nutritional and Functional Medicine. His work centers on integrative and functional medicine, with a particular focus on evaluating and treating PANS and PANDAS through diagnostic testing and immune modulation. He is one of the nation's leading experts in this area and is an internationally recognized expert in PANS and PANDAS.
