Sarmela Sunder, M.D.

Sarmela Sunder, M.D. is a Medical Director at Alchemy 43 and a double board certified surgeon focused on facial plastic surgery. She performs facelifts, mini lifts, rhinoplasty and blepharoplasty, and she also oversees an injectable, laser and hair restoration practice.

She trained at Johns Hopkins University and received her medical degree from Cornell Medical College. She completed her residency at Stanford University, where she served as Chief Resident, and then a fellowship accredited by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She has also trained in injectable techniques and works as a national trainer for several of them.

She has published several articles in scientific journals and regularly speaks at national and international conferences. Her work has appeared in Allure, Elle and Marie Claire, and on KTLA.
