Sarai Martinez

Sarai Martinez works as a stylist and makeup artist at Evolve Hair Design, taking on clients throughout New England. She has been in the beauty field for more than twenty years, having earned her cosmetology license in 2004. Her first job was at a neighborhood salon in Dorchester, and she later spent four years assisting at Dellaria on Newbury Street in Boston. She also studied fashion design in Canada. Fashion events have brought her to New York, Paris and Milan Fashion Weeks, as well as Miami Swim Week. Editorial styling of hers has been published in Glam Hair Magazine, The New Yorker, Northshore Magazine and Boston Common Magazine. She has also worked alongside the celebrity stylists Ted Gibson, Jason Backe, Aubrey Loots, Gary Barker, Mark Wholley and Brendan O'Sullivan. She serves as an ambassador and brand executive for Electric London Haircare and is represented by Anchor Artists. She received the Best of Salem Readers' Choice Award, and more recently Boston Common Magazine's Best of Beauty Award.
