Sarah York

Practicing as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at LifeMed Institute, Sarah York concentrates on hormone optimization, integrative medicine and disease prevention. Earlier, she coordinated cardiovascular research at Johns Hopkins Hospital and co-authored peer-reviewed publications. For four years she worked as a registered nurse in a Baltimore emergency department, where she served as charge nurse and team leader and co-chaired a workplace violence prevention taskforce.

Her advanced training spans bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), peptide therapy and medical weight loss. The aesthetic procedures she offers include neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers and non-invasive skin rejuvenation treatments.

Her degrees include a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing, plus a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Central Florida.
