Sarah Winkel Burke

Sarah Winkel Burke designed and launched LUMAÉ Skin and Bodyworks, where she owns the business and works as a licensed aesthetician and licensed massage therapist. She also spent eight years working alongside a doctor of chiropractic care.

Her training includes certification as a massage therapist from the Harris School for Massage Therapy and Bodywork, a 900 Hour Master Aesthetician certification from Jolie Health & Beauty Skincare Academy, med-spa training, and training in body and facial waxing. She is a Glymed+ Provider and certified in Glymed+ Peels and Protocols, a PCA Provider and PCA Chemical Peel Expert, and a Linder Health Chemical Peel Expert. She is also certified in dermaplaning, brow mapping and shaping, collagen induction, microdermabrasion, and lash lifting and tinting, and has professional training in intraoral buccal massage.

Her specialties include anti-aging treatments, advanced chemical peels, dermaplaning, collagen induction therapy, brow mapping and shaping, and lash lifting and tinting. She works with acne, rosacea, pigmentation and scarring. On the bodywork side, her focus is pain relief, stress reduction and general wellness, with techniques adjusted to each person. Her clients have included runners, power-lifters, football players, gymnasts and professional athletes, among them Boston Bruins players. Continuing education is part of her routine, and she keeps up with current training and techniques.
