Sarah Safa, MS, PA-C, is the founder of Refined Aesthetics, where she is clinical director, and she sees patients at the Leesburg location. Her entry into aesthetic medicine came through a clinical rotation in plastic surgery more than twenty years ago, and she has worked in the field for over two decades, beginning in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Her training was under Arthur Swift, MD, and Chris Surek, DO. Her focus areas are facial anatomy, facial mapping, advanced injection techniques, and laser treatments.
