Sarah Rashoff, ARNP

Sarah Rashoff serves as Medical Director at Haven Permanent Cosmetics & Aesthetics in Gig Harbor, where she works as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. She entered the beauty field after completing esthetician training in 2008 and has worked as an esthetician for more than 16 years. Early in that work she launched her own business offering waxing, facials, lashes, and makeup.

Her nursing path began with a nursing degree from Yakima Valley Community College in 2015. She then spent eight years in acute care, plastic surgery, and hospital administration. In 2020 she trained in neurotoxin and dermal filler injections with the Pacific Northwest Aesthetics Academy, and in 2023 she completed a Master's in Nursing. She now practices as a Family Nurse Practitioner, with a specialty in family medicine and medical aesthetics.

Her treatment menu covers consultations, medical injections, wellness treatments, PRP therapy, medical weight loss, peptides, and hormone optimization for men and women. She aims to help her patients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.
