Sarah Kiernan

Sarah Kiernan is a registered nurse who holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and the Certified Laser Technologist credential. She has more than 18 years of medical experience and has been interested in aesthetic medicine for over six years. She has worked at Royal Med Spa & Wellness for four years; earlier roles were at a top-five med spa in the Western United States and at a plastic surgery practice.

Advanced training in facial aesthetics is part of her background, and she continues learning alongside board-certified plastic surgeons and national trainers. She teaches future medical professionals through the National Laser Institute and mentors nurses new to the field at the spa. Her treatments include neuromodulators such as Botox, Dysport and Jeuveau; dermal fillers from the Juvéderm and Restylane lines; and biostimulators including Sculptra, hyperdiluted Radiesse and PRF EZ Gel.

Full-face assessment and natural enhancement are her specialties. Lower facial balancing, which refines the chin and chin shadow with dermal filler, is her favorite treatment at the spa.
