Sarah Hunter

Sarah Hunter is the Clinical Director at Wasatch Family Therapy and works from the Lehi location. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Utah and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Utah, Idaho, and Arizona. She is also a member of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science.

Her clinical work addresses women's emotional health, anxiety disorders and OCD, burnout and compassion fatigue, depression, relationship enhancement, and trauma and attachment. She works with burned-out professionals, anxious people with or without trauma, and people in difficult relationships. She sees clients aged 14 and older, including teenagers and adults.

Her training includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. She also uses Emotionally Focused Therapy. Sessions are offered in person in Utah and virtually in Arizona, Utah, and Idaho.
