Sara McCarthy

Sara is an esthetician and permanent makeup artist at Balm & Bubble. She holds a Texas esthetician license (LE) and specializes in permanent cosmetics for eyebrows, eyeliner and lips, and does microblading. She is a Certified Laser Technician (CLT) and holds a Laser Safety Officer Certification (LSO), plus many permanent makeup certifications: microblading, full lips, eyeliners and areola. She is also certified in laser and device treatments such as photo facial rejuvenation, acne lasers, laser fat and cellulite reduction, and laser tattoo removal, as well as microneedling, dermal infusion, microcurrent, radiofrequency tightening and fractional laser wrinkle reduction. She also has a Phlebotomy Certification. Her education includes an MBA and a BA. She has trained under permanent makeup masters in Italy, Russia, Israel, Thailand and Korea, and has done several-month training programs in Asia, Europe and the USA. She keeps up with continuing education and new techniques so her treatments stay current.
