Sara Edward Wayne founded Outlaw Cosmetics, serves as its CEO, and owns Outlaw Beauty Bar. She works as a master lash artist, permanent makeup artist, makeup artist and esthetician, with a focus on makeup, lashes and brows for film, television and on-camera work. She has 20 years of experience in the Hollywood beauty industry and has been doing lashes for 13 years.
